As an SAP Business One consultant at APH, you will be responsible for many of the different aspects of product implementation and ongoing support for our valued SAP Business One clients. You will perform consultation, implementation, support and project management for the implementation of SAP Business One systems as well as changes to existing systems.

Salary: £32,000 – £55,000 per annum depending on experience and role (senior or associate)

Your new role will involve:
- Configuration of SAP Business One to meet the requirements of the client’s business
- Data migration and report writing
- Working on implementation projects, functionality enhancements to existing systems and upgrade projects
- Requirements gathering and the identification and analysis of gaps between SAP Business One and the client’s current business processes
- Consultation with the customer on how to effectively manage the changes required when implementing SAP Business One
- Becoming a trusted advisor and consultant to our established customer base
- Working with the services delivery management team to continually improve our delivery processes to customers
- Offering training, assistance and formal mentorship to more junior consultants
- Gaining and maintaining a very high level of functional knowledge of SAP Business One and the ERP competitive landscape
- Achievement of personal and team based utilisation and commercial targets in line with our business strategy and vision
- Clearly defining project scope with our clients and internal project stakeholders by relating the tasks required to the time taken to deliver results
- Assisting the presales team with detailed functional proposals and demonstrations of SAP Business One
- Helping the support team in the resolution of escalated customer issues in a timely manner, making sure that APH adhere to service level agreements and meet our customer’s expectations
In order to be successful in this role, you will have:
- A high level (degree or equivalent) qualification that demonstrates superior knowledge of any or all of the following:
- Information Systems/Computing/Software Engineering
- Accounting/Business Administration/Economics/Finance/Entrepreneurship
- Previous experience with (in an influential or implementation role of +24 months) any ERP system aimed at the SME market. Experience with SAP Business One would be an advantage
- Project and time management skills with a successful and demonstrable track record
- Excellent written, spoken and listening communication skills
- A focus on being part of a highly motivated and professional team
- The ability to learn new ideas and skills with speed and confidence
- Self-motivation to work independently when required and driven to achieve success in the consultancy sector
- Hold a full UK driving licence with the ability to work freely across the UK and EU. Travel to other countries across the world is a possibility with this role.
