We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Salesforce Technical Architect to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep knowledge in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, as well as Energy and Utilities Cloud, and a strong understanding of the energy industry.

You will play a critical role in shaping and delivering robust, scalable Salesforce solutions that support our transformation initiatives. You will provide architectural guidance, ensure alignment with business objectives, and lead the technical delivery of Salesforce-based innovations across our product landscape.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

  • Expert level experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, Energy and Utilities Cloud (Industries, previously Vlocity), Omniscript, Data Raptors, Experience Cloud, CPQ and CLM;
  • Experience of the Salesforce Ecosystem for energy including lifecycle; management, contract signature (Docusign or equivalent), Pricing and Onboarding;
  • Extensive experience of Integrations between Salesforce and both modern and legacy applications and understands event-driven architectural patterns;
  • Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines in the Salesforce context;
  • In-depth understanding of the energy industry, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics ideally in B2B and ideally in C&I customers.
