You will play a key role in the development of our Broker sales strategy.
You will identify channel growth and manage a portfolio of Brokers, with responsibility for managing sales performance and monitoring sales quality to ensure compliant activity is undertaken.

Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office location listed on this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.

You will identify channel growth and manage a portfolio of Brokers, with responsibility for managing sales performance and monitoring sales quality to ensure compliant activity is undertaken.
How will I spend my time in this role?
- Manage a portfolio of Broker relationships with the aim of maximising sales and identifying partners who represent wider growth opportunities for the channel;
- Be first point of contact for any new Brokers applying for a relationship in the channel and formulate a process for delivering excellent customer experience for any newly boarded Brokers;
- Respond to bespoke pricing requests, following internal processes and obtaining feedback on tender responses to feedback into the business;
- Work with Head of Sales to determine underperforming Brokers and actions to be taken to manage performance;
- Ensure Brokers understand our products and are proactively updated with changes to pricing, product or credit policy;
- Support the launch of new products and services through effective communication.
- Experience in sales or relationship management role;
- Energy industry experience essential.
