A bit about what you enjoy doing to be successful in this role…
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure efficient and effective management of inbound communications and support functions within the Internal Sales department. This role serves as the first point of contact for inbound calls, determining the appropriate department for each inquiry. The role also involves maintaining the PCA, triaging regional inboxes, supporting inbound work on vacant portfolios, and following up on quotes. Additionally, the role is responsible for educating customers and sales colleagues on the correct departmental contacts to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Front line of inbound calls into Internal Sales – decide if call is for Internal Sales or for another dept
- Maintain PCA
- Triage regional Inboxes
- Support on inbound work on vacant portfolios
- Quote follow ups
- Educate customers and sales colleagues to go to correct department in first instance
- A customer-focused individual wanting to provide a first-class experience and being able to take ownership and initiative.
- Can do attitude, who can think creatively, working with various teams to support customer account development.
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines whilst maintaining and delivering an exceptional hight level service to the customer.
- Capable of negotiating and extracting the best cost and delivery from suppliers demonstrating commercial awareness.
