One of our scientific publishing clients are on the lookout for a talented Sales & Marketing Administrator to join their friendly team in Cambridge. In this role, you'll have e chance to join a not-for-profit publishing organisation supporting global biological research, and gain great experience across customer service, reporting, and campaign execution! The role offers a competitive salary and benefits, as well as hybrid working requiring 3 days per week in the company's Cambridge office.

Key responsibilities:

·Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to develop new customer proposals
·Handle administrative tasks for invoicing, licensing, and quotations
·Create and report on targeted email campaigns using Mailchimp/CRM
·Manage documentation related to sales agreements and client onboarding
·Generate usage reports and perform data analysis using platforms such as Google Analytics
·Coordinate targeted email campaigns with sales and marketing teams, focusing on subscribers, authors, and prospects
·Collaborate across departments to support sales and marketing activity
·Maintain and improve customer data accuracy

Ideal profile:

The ideal candidate will bring over good sales support and/or marketing experience in STM publishing or a closely related field, along with a keen eye for detail, strong numeracy, and excellent organisational skills. They will be proactive and analytical, thrive in a collaborative environment, and possess strong communication abilities. Proficiency in data analysis and supporting marketing and sales processes is essential.
