As the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in the sale of our products to new and existing customers. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing a smooth, effective sales process to enable the growth of relationships with key decision-makers in the architectural and design community and our Projects team. 


Role Responsibilities

●      Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand a LED Flex’s customer base and solidify its presence

●      Coordinating and development of customer solutions resulting in project deliverables

●      Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing client relationships, staying highly organised to prioritise expansion and risk mitigation

●      Establishing productive and professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders

●      Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key market segments

●      Providing reports on relevant sales figures to the Global Sales Director.

●      Collaborate with internal teams including project coordination, marketing, design and data teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product innovation.

●      Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

●      Implement standardized operational processes to maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency

●      Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze operational data, and make informed decisions to drive improvements.


About you

●      Self-Motivated, positive attitude.

●      Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

●      Good data analysis, planning and organisational skills

●      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

●      Good leadership qualities with the ability to provide direction

●      Experience and/or an interest in lighting would be highly desired but not essential.

●      Flexibility to allow limited travel across the UK.

●      Strong organisation, planning and time management skills with attention to detail.

●      Commercial and business awareness with a good level of negotiation and influencing skills.
