Purscents Ltd is a founder run business dedicated to creating luxurious, nature-inspired home fragrances that promote well-being and sustainability. We use 100% natural, vegan, and cruelty-free ingredients in our products, and all our packaging is recyclable, compostable, or reusable.

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Sales Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will support the founder in driving sales, developing customer relationships, and growing our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying new sales opportunities and channels.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies.
  • Engage with potential and existing customers to build and nurture relationships.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries efficiently.
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide insights and feedback.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Passionate about sustainable living and eco-friendly products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
  • Passion for sales and a desire to learn and grow in a sales role
