About The Role
We’re looking for an individual who is experienced in sales and also has a genuine passion for coaching and developing others. You’ll play a pivotal role in enabling the sales team’s growth and success, by providing training and coaching, ensuring they follow best practices, and driving performance improvements. You will report into the Sales Enablement Manager.

About The Role
We’re looking for an individual who is experienced in sales and also has a genuine passion for coaching and developing others. You’ll play a pivotal role in enabling the sales team’s growth and success, by providing training and coaching, ensuring they follow best practices, and driving performance improvements. You will report into the Sales Enablement Manager.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Enablement Coach you will:
- Sales Coaching & Development: Provide one-to-one coaching to team members, focusing on improving sales techniques, conversion rates, and overall sales performance. You’ll help team members overcome challenges and continuously refine their approach to sales, whilst remaining aligned with the amicable mission.
- Call Listening & Feedback: Regularly listen to sales calls, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.
- Deal Reviews: Review deals in the CRM (HubSpot), including email and other interactions, to ensure the correct sales process is being followed.
- Training Sessions & Materials: Develop and deliver relevant, engaging training sessions to upskill the sales team, as required. Create training materials, including guides, checklists, and other resources, to support ongoing learning and skill development.
- Onboarding New Joiners: Support the Sales Enablement Manager in providing training to new sales team members to instil model behaviours and enable the team to confidently, effectively and consistently sell our products and develop their skills.
- Performance Insights: Work closely with the Sales Enablement Manager to understand team performance, track key metrics and identify trends.
- Process Improvement: Work with the Sales Enablement Manager to identify opportunities for process optimisation. Collaborate with the team to implement changes that improve efficiency and streamline processes.
- Sales Support: Support the team from time to time by handling sales calls, emails, or live chat interactions, if required.
You will demonstrate behaviours listed below and have the following skills and experience:
Essential
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, with a strong desire to develop further in this area. Experience using multiple sales channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat.
- Coaching & Training: Experience in coaching or mentoring others in a sales environment. Previous experience of designing and delivering training sessions as well as creating supplementary materials to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Self-Starter & Proactive: Driven, self-motivated individual who has experience of working independently and taking ownership of outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem Solver: Can take initiative and find creative solutions to challenges.
- Hungry to Learn: Growth mindset, eager to learn new skills and take on more responsibility.
- Adaptable: You are a fast learner and quickly grasp new systems, processes, and tools, with the ability to be agile as the company evolves. You can adapt and apply your previous experience to new environments and sales processes.
- Team Player: Experience of developing people in a similar role and are eager to help the team maximise their potential. You are able to work effectively with others.
- Great Communicator: Can effectively communicate feedback and ideas, both with the sales team and other stakeholders.
- Values-Led: You’re aligned with amicable’s mission and values, bringing a sense of purpose to your work.
- HubSpot CRM Experience.
- Salary: £35,000- £45,000 per year depending on skills and experience
