Location: Hybrid – A combination of working from home with one day per week required at the London head office.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am-5:30pm

About The Role

This role is responsible for enhancing overall business performance by driving efficiency, optimising processes, and reducing operating costs. You will lead the continuous improvement agenda, strengthen operational effectiveness, and embed a CI culture aligned with our company values and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities And Requirements

As a Continuous Improvement Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • Identify and deliver efficiency initiatives, cost savings, and process improvements across the organisation.
  • Streamline operations by reducing waste, duplication, and unnecessary manual activity.
  • Optimise business processes to enhance compliance, standardisation, and effectiveness.
  • Drive technology adoption and digital optimisation to maximise value.
  • Lead the cultural shift toward continuous improvement across all functions.
  • Support teams through change, ensuring smooth adoption and sustainable outcomes.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ensure alignment with internal policies, regulatory standards, and ethical frameworks.
  • Conduct analysis, interpret data, and model improvement scenarios to guide decision-making.
  • Lead workshops, Kaizen events, and CI-focused sessions to support engagement and alignment.
  • Support strategic goals by aligning CI initiatives with broader business transformation.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or transformation roles.
  • Track record of delivering measurable cost savings, efficiencies, and cultural change.
  • Strong understanding of CI methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required (Black Belt preferred).
  • Experience leading cross-functional programmes in complex or multi-site environments.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Competency with process mapping tools, data analysis, and visualisation platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
  • Experience working with digital tools, ERP systems, and workflow automation.
  • Proactive, analytical mindset with a passion for improvement and innovation.
  • Knowledge of compliance, governance, and risk frameworks related to process change.
