What Youll Do
- Engage and Consult: Visit homeowners across the North West to understand their vision and provide bespoke solutions to enhance their outdoor spaces.
- Promote and Sell: Present our stunning range of verandas, UPVC decking, and fencing, showcasing their benefits to meet customer needs.
- Achieve and Exceed Targets: Drive sales and maximise your earning potential with uncapped commissions.
- Learn and Grow: Continuously develop your product knowledge and sales techniques through our comprehensive training programme.
- Sales Experience: Proven success in sales or customer:facing roles is ideal but not essential:we provide full training.
- Strong Communication Skills: Confident and personable, with a natural ability to build trust and connect with customers.
- Self:Motivated and Organised: Able to manage your time effectively and work independently to achieve success.
- Passion for Home Improvement: A keen interest in transforming outdoor spaces and a focus on quality solutions.
- Unlimited Earnings Potential: OTE A GBP 60K+ a generous commission:based structure and uncapped earnings.
- Pre:Qualified Leads: Well provide appointments with interested customers, saving you time and effort.
- Comprehensive Training: Full onboarding and continuous professional development to support your success.
- Flexibility and Independence: Work locally across the North West on a schedule that suits you.
