About The Role
The NMS Data Analyst will serve as the vital liasion between United Utilities and its customers and various third-party stakeholders, including contractors, developers and regulatory bodies. The role focuses on ensuring smooth communication, internal data analysis from our systems, resolving issues promptly and delivering a positive customer experience while balancing the operational needs of the business.
Location: Bamber Bridge, Preston
Hours of Work: Full time - 40 hours (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £26915

Responsibilities
- Utilise data from our job management system to create performance reports for internal and external clients.
- Analyse data and performance reports to identify trends, hot-spots locations and out delivery against contractual KPI's. Once a trend is identified, act upon and providing in depts reports for management to review accordingly.
- Attend and at times chair meetings with internal staff and clients. Meetings can encompass all performance related matters to aid in business improvement.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand operational challenges and develop effective solutions. The requires candidate will need to act upon recommendations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of operational processes, making adjustments ad necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Support managers with secondary tasks when required.
- Knowledge of the utility sector
- Able to work under own initiative.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT/System knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
