Hybrid – This role offers a mix of home and office working. You will need to be within commuting distance of our Watford office, as you will be expected to attend in person (once per week).

Your role at BRE
As a Sales & Customer Service Assistant at BRE, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high standards of service to internal and external customers.
- Support sales team with process improvement, tracking, and analytics.
- Provide pre and post-sales support to KAMs, BD teams, and Inside Sales teams.
- Promote best practices in sales and account management via CRM.
- Manage and maintain key documents and ensure compliance with BRE policies.
- Handle bookings for sales activities and organize meetings/events.
- Create and verify accounts on CRM; liaise with Finance for invoicing.
- Support invoicing and payment queries.
- Complete new supplier forms and raise purchase orders.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure policy awareness and resolve posting issues.
- Set up onboarding plans for new joiners and ensure system access.
- Liaise with Marketing for event attendance and distribute reports.
- Provide front-line support for customer service enquiries.
- Extensive customer service and sales experience.
- Skilled in call handling, administration, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Professional, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Positive, collaborative team player.
- Thrives under pressure with high energy.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality events.
- Excellent communicator, able to build relationships at all levels.
- Relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy.
- Experience in understanding and delivering against customer needs.
- Articulate and a fantastic communicator.
