As a Sales Coordinator based in our Hemel Hempstead branch (HP2 7YU), you’ll be responsible for:

• Serving customers either on the telephone or over the counter in person
• Processing orders, credit inquiries, following up on quotes
• Looking after several accounts over time, developing relationships with customers, working alongside a team of 2, who will support and develop you in the role.
• Admin and process support as and when required
  
  

This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday -Friday - 40 hours a week 7:30am-4:30pm.

• Strong customer service and administration skills
• Previous customer service or sales background is highly preferred
