Ready to kick-start your marketing career? As a Customer Lifecycle Marketing (CLM) Executive, you’ll help deliver personalised campaigns that make guests’ holidays even more special—and bring them back for more. Whether you’re fresh from university or have a little experience, you’ll play a key role in shaping customer journeys and supporting our amazing community of holiday home owners, helping them feel informed, valued, and right at home.



What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Planning and delivering engaging customer and owner campaigns across email, SMS, and automation journeys—working closely with the CLM Manager and teams across the business.
  • Supporting owner communications by collaborating with park, web, and digital teams to boost satisfaction, improve NPS, and enhance the overall ownership experience.
  • Maintaining and optimising content to ensure all pre-arrival messaging is accurate, on-brand, and creates a smooth journey for guests and owners alike.
  • Pitching in where it matters—from supporting emergency park communications to helping shape reporting, new welcome journeys, and occasionally visiting parks to stay close to the experience.



What we’d like you to bring:

  • A solid understanding of GDPR to ensure all data is managed responsibly and compliantly.
  • Creative and detail-oriented skillset, with strong copywriting, proofreading, and basic design skills to craft engaging content.
  • Collaborative and confident mindset, able to work with multiple teams and take on feedback to continuously improve your work.
  • Driven and proactive attitude, with a passion for problem-solving, a desire to learn, and the ability to push projects forward to deliver exceptional results.
