About The Role

As a Sales and Event Assistant, you will play a vital role in the planning, coordination, and execution of events aimed at generating sales and fostering relationships with potential customers. Your efforts will directly contribute to our clients' success in reaching their goals through face-to-face interactions. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales and event management while making a positive impact in the community.

Responsibilities

  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and logistics of events, including venue selection, setup, and on-site management, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees and clients.
  • Sales Engagement: Actively engage with attendees during events, presenting products and services, and encouraging sales through meaningful conversations.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to support their goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential event opportunities and target audiences, helping to shape event strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Promotional Activities: Support the execution of promotional campaigns and marketing materials during events, ensuring brand visibility and message consistency.
  • Sales Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance during events, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure all aspects of the event are aligned and that sales targets are met.

Requirements

  • Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK. We cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas, unfortunately.
  • Must not have applied to any of our openings in the past 30 days.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong desire to connect with people and drive sales.
  • Previous experience in sales or event coordination is advantageous but not required; a passion for learning and a proactive attitude are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
