About The Role
Resilience Supervisor (Solutions)
Dyer & Butler are seeking a Resilience Supervisor to join our Maintenance team. We are excited to present this new opportunity for a talented and methodical individual who is looking to be involved on a variety of challenging Projects. Leading effective coordination of our resource and required competences, managing materials and our engineering offices, and supporting systems improvement strategies.
The Maintenance team provides technical services for a range of construction related disciplines, and activities, focused on delivering great service everyday supporting our clients’ primary assets to enable an extraordinary airport, fit for the future.
Primarily supporting our Aviation client in Hounslow – this role is suitable for an experienced resource manager or a resource coordinator looking to progress their career to the next level.
Role Purpose
Support business performance of the maintenance framework, effectively allocating resource and materials. Focused on best use of information, systems, resource, plant and materials.
Being client focused, showing excellent understanding of reporting and systems used ensuring excellent safety, standards and quality are maintained.
The Resilience Supervisor will have ownership of the resource task allocation, recruitment and the required competencies to full fill the client needs, and will work closely with the Project Manager (Solutions) and or Contracts Manager and the Maintenance team, to ensure that risks and issues are managed effectively enabling successful service delivery.
Ensuring safety, skills and competences are maintained throughout, delivering what we promise.
Being client focused, showing excellent understanding of the resource and innovation opportunities.
Maintaining excellent communication between all departments of the internal team and wider business units, leading innovative solutions specifically targeted at improving our service levels and environmental footprint.

Qualifying Criteria
- Understand and oversee resourcing, training and onboarding of our delivery team
- Relevant Degree/HND or equivalent.
- High standard of presentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage work efficiently between multiple projects.
- Good communications skills and ability to work well with other teams and departments at all levels both internally and externally, including client liaison.
- Excellent data management and Quality Control.
- Contribute to the enhancement of the quality of delivered products by identifying and introducing improvement opportunities.
- Share knowledge and coach other team members in order to support improvements in team’s performance, train, support, mentor and guide teams.
- Keep up to date with legislations and current industry standards
- Desire for self-development and continuous self-improvement
- Full UK driving license
- 5yr Traceable employment
- SMSTS or equivalent Site Management Training
- Holder of CSCS accreditation
- Experience working within the engineering and or the aviation sector
- User of data management platforms, able to identify and tailor reporting for client needs.
- Experience in management of varied personnel, and demonstratable experience of delegation under pressure
- Specific experience of health and safety related standards and regulations typically involving plant operations and or aviation
- Persuasive with strong influencing skills with energetic and effective relationship
- Ability to make and implement timely decisions to maximise service
