Registered Care Home Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Care Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of two well-established care homes in the Wirral area, One 9 bed and one 15 bed. As the Registered Care Home Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that both care homes provide the highest standard of care, meeting the individual needs of our residents while leading and inspiring our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the care homes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, CQC guidelines, and company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the care teams to provide exceptional care to our residents.
• Ensure high standards of care delivery and that residents are treated with dignity and respect.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and operational performance to achieve quality standards.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Must have: Proven experience as a Registered Care Home Manager or in a senior managerial role within a care setting.
• A valid CQC registration.
• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and regulations.
• A genuine passion for providing exceptional care and improving the lives of residents.
• The ability to manage multiple locations with excellent organizational skills.
