As our teams grow, we seek our next Regional Talent Partner based in Milton Keynes to join our People Team.

Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the things you will be doing:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for operational and specialist roles across multiple sites.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create proactive talent pipelines.
- Use direct sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals to attract top talent.
- Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure a strong candidate fit.
- Drive best-in-class candidate experience, from application to onboarding.
- Support employer branding initiatives to position The Bread Factory as an employer of choice.
- Work on social media recruitment campaigns, careers page content, and job adverts to enhance visibility.
- Partner with local colleges, universities, and apprenticeship providers to attract early careers talent.
- Use our Care Values to showcase our company culture.
- Support workforce planning, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet business needs.
- Provide market insights on recruitment trends, salary benchmarking, and competitor activity.
- Identify and implement diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives to ensure diverse talent pools.
- Work closely with regional managers and site leaders to understand hiring challenges and create solutions.
- Deliver training and coaching to hiring managers on best recruitment practices.
- Collaborate with People, HR & L&D teams to ensure smooth onboarding and talent retention strategies.
- Experience in a recruitment, preferably in a regional or multi-site capacity.
- Strong knowledge of direct sourcing, recruitment strategies, and employer branding.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Experience working with HR & recruitment systems (ATS) and leveraging data for decision-making.
- Passion for candidate experience and employer branding.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with food manufacturing, hospitality, or retail recruitment is a plus.
