YOUR ROLE


Our Regional CSR team have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced CSR Project Manager where you will be focused on Sustainable Transport ensuring that the groups CSR strategy is implemented, monitored and reported. You will collaborate with our business development, operational and customer network consulting on CSR and CO2 approaches, insights and innovations.


This role will require European travel; therefore, we need someone who is comfortable with international travel and overnight stays 2 to 3 times a month.


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?


Reporting into the European CSR Head you will align regional sustainable transport objectives to group approaches with a focus on customer engagement, decarbonisation plans and upskilling operational and sales colleagues. You will collaborate with all regional functions ensuring the deployment of the CSR agenda within Sustainable Transport engaging with all CEVA products.


As the Regional CSR Project Manager, you will engage with a portfolio of customers presenting and reviewing our CSR offerings through meetings and workshops introducing CO2 dashboards, defining customer requirements, requests, objectives and implementing suitable solutions. You will also support business development and operational teams with RFIs and RFQs through the bid and tendering process showcasing our CSR capabilities and achievements. You will drive internal CSR initiatives supporting the region with customer community engagement workshops, webinars or events, participating in exhibitions and fairs and support external communication teams with CSR press releases, social media and celebrations.


In addition, you will support in the development of our CSR Sustainable Transport & Logistics offering monitoring industry practices and new approaches, developing and implementing associated CSR toolkits for sales teams and create accurate and meaningful reports reflecting on CSR achievements and successes for internal colleagues and our customers.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


To be successful in your application you will have significant experience of working within a contract logistics or transport environment, ideally within a customer-facing consultancy or project management role, with a keen interest in delivering CSR objectives.


You will be practiced in framing, launching and managing CSR projects, facilitating and leading workshops, internal training sessions and presenting to customers, therefore you will have outstanding communication and leadership skills with the ability to negotiate, influence and present to a wide range of internal and external stakeholder groups while building effective working relationships. In addition, this role requires excellent analytical skills with the ability to not only collate CSR data, but to manage and maintain various reports and dashboards, therefore you will be experienced in using MS packages such as Excel and PowerPoint.
