Regional Clinical Manager –UKI & Belux

The candidate will be responsible for managing a growing team of clinical educators and consultants. Achieving commercial goals by ensuring the team’s plans and strategic activities are in line with the company. Focusing on patients’ outcomes will be paramount.

The RCM understands, supports and expresses clearly and in due time, the mission, the vision, the goals and objectives, the strategy of the company, to the field clinical team.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Impacting the team’s effectiveness through weekly co-travel in the territory and individual coaching.
• Facilitating weekly 1:1 calls and team meetings (remotely and in person)
• Managing customers’ clinical outcomes by enforcing our best practices and ABIOMED clinical training, onsite support during procedures, bedside support in ICU.
• Gérer et prendre en charge la couverture des implants pour les patients et la communication avec les clients.
• Ensuring your employees’ skills development through regular training, personal development, and performance reviews. Putting a strong emphasis on retention.
• Manage the recruitment process of your clinical team, including building a pipeline of potential candidates.
• High flexibility and willingness to travel around 80% within the specified region as well as for emergency case support. Some night/weekend
  
  

Your Expertise

• Clinical and/or technical training successfully completed, ideally as a healthcare assistant or nurse or clinical perfusionist.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in direct patient care in the ICU or nursing unit, cardiac surgery operating room or cardiology cath lab.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful commercial and clinical activities in the MedTech industry. Proven track record.
• Compelling attitude and ability to develop and foster long-term customer relationships.
• Ability to communicate in English, ideas and information clearly and effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent ability to work in a team.
• High flexibility and 80% willingness to travel within the specified region as well as for emergency case support. Some night/weekend
• Driving license (Required).
• Be located in the geographic area.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 kg
• Standing for long hours during procedures and at conferences
