About The Opportunity
Jacobs is world renowned in Programme Management and Construction Management services, renowned for delivering award-winning projects for both public and private sector clients.
We are looking for a seasoned Programme/Project Controls Manager to lead teams to deliver world class controls services to our clients (including cost, schedule, risk, change and reporting). You will collaborate closely with our client and internal project management team, supporting various cross-functional teams to implement effective project controls related to scope, time, cost, and quality.
Reporting to the PMO Director, you will ensure that all deliverables and outputs meet both contractual and business standards. Your role is crucial in keeping projects within their approved time and cost limits, ensuring alignment with the client's strategy and budget.
You will assist the Project Director and the delivery team, building strong relationships and providing performance insights. By promoting consistent and comprehensive measures, you will track progress, successes, and areas needing attention.
Your leadership will inspire and coordinate the team, offering both tactical and strategic support to achieve goals and deliver tangible results.

Leadership Skills Proven experience in spearheading teams and advising senior colleagues to meet business objectives.
Project Controls Expertise Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards across all project phases.
Schedule and Change Management Proven ability to implement effective schedule management and change control processes.
NEC Contracts Knowledge Solid understanding of NEC contracts.
Qualifications Degree Educated And Holding Appropriate Professional Membership.
Best Practice Knowledge In-depth knowledge of policies, processes, and procedures for effective management.
Communication Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in senior-level presentations.
Technical Proficiency Familiarity with Primavera P6, Safran, ThinkProject/CEMAR, and Microsoft Suite up to PowerBI.
You may also have worked as a Project Services Manager, Schedule Manager, Risk Manager, Cost Manager, Project Office Support (PMO), Project Engineer, Digital Transformation Lead or Digital Project Manager.
Note that Jacobs operates a hybrid work environment and a 40 hour working week as standard.
Ideally this role will be based in any of the following Jacobs offices
