About The Role
We’re looking for a driven and creative Recruitment Specialist – Campaigns & Partnerships to join our Recruitment Marketing team at St. James’s Place. In this role, you’ll play a key part in attracting and engaging high quality prospects across multiple channels, using targeted marketing strategies and campaigns to support our recruitment goals. You’ll be responsible for developing compelling content, managing partnerships, and ensuring all activity reflects and strengthens the SJP brand.
What you’ll be doing
We’re seeking a proactive and collaborative marketing professional with a passion for recruitment campaigns and partnerships. You’ll thrive on creating impactful content and managing initiatives that drive engagement with prospective recruits. With the ability to balance creativity and analysis, you’ll play a vital role in helping us attract the right people to join our Partnership.

About The Role

What you’ll be doing
- Planning, researching, and delivering recruitment marketing content across a variety of channels.
- Creating and managing a content calendar, including setting content themes, selection, and frequency.
- Producing engaging content for key audiences, including copywriting, digital media, and design work.
- Managing updates to marketing collateral such as e-newsletters.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with affinity partners and professional bodies.
- Executing marketing campaigns and partnership activities, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Monitoring campaign performance, analysing KPIs, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing initiatives.

- Strong understanding of brand management and working within brand guidelines.
- Knowledge of the financial advice profession and relevant professional bodies.
- Experience in recruitment marketing or employer brand campaigns.
