Job Summary
We’re seeking a flexible and skilled freelance creative to support internal communications, digital content, and light design projects for an established HR function. This is a varied and evolving role that will combine visual storytelling, design, and some light photo/video work to enhance internal engagement and communications.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing internal visuals for HR communications (e.g., HR hub graphics, internal guides, campaign banners)
- Creating templates and designing slide decks for internal briefings or projects
- Light support with website updates (internal platforms or external-facing content)
- Formatting or polishing internal policies, posters, PDFs, and staff resources
- Creating or editing short video clips for internal use
- Supporting with light photography, photo editing, or visual asset curation
Required:
- Has 3+ years of freelance or in-house creative experience
- Can interpret briefs and translate HR messages into clean, professional visuals
- Has an eye for soft, human-centred design, not overly corporate
- Understands discretion and can be trusted with sensitive or early-stage content
- Comfortable flexing across web, photo, video, and docs as needed
- Rolling freelance agreement or monthly retainer preferred
- UK-based preferred (for timezone ease and potential in-person shoots, if needed)
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Comfortable with Google Suite
- Experience with light video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva Video)
- Familiarity with content platforms (WordPress, SharePoint, or similar)
- Bonus: Photography or experience with brand-aligned visual libraries
