The Role:

We’re on the lookout for an Experienced Construction Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong network in the construction industry, and is passionate about making meaningful connections. This is a hybrid working role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates within the construction industry.
• Sourcing and placing skilled tradespeople, site managers, and other construction professionals into roles across the sector.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and placement.
• Developing new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and pitching Trade Cover Recruitment's services.
• Providing outstanding customer service and acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally within the construction sector.
• Strong understanding of construction roles, trades, and industry dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A self-motivated, target-driven individual who thrives under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
