Our Findon site is seeking a part-time Receptionist Administrator to join our team and support the site. In this role you will play a crucial role in providing professional reception services to Survitec visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment while maintaining safety and security standards. This position also involves providing administrative support to the site and wider business as needed.

Your New Role
Our Findon site is seeking a part-time Receptionist Administrator to join our team and support the site. In this role you will play a crucial role in providing professional reception services to Survitec visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment while maintaining safety and security standards. This position also involves providing administrative support to the site and wider business as needed.
What You Can Expect from the Role
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Welcome and direct visitors at Survitec sites in person or by telephone, ensuring they are directed appropriately and notifying colleagues of their arrival.
- Maintain telephony systems and building security protocols, ensuring access guidelines are implemented and maintained.
- Keep the reception area clean and safe, identifying and escalating safety issues promptly.
- Maintain site directory information, meeting room bookings, equipment calendars, and car parking reservations.
- Operate local site communications channels effectively, such as preparing visitor boards or making loud-speaker announcements.
- Support fire and other emergency evacuation procedures effectively.
- Provide general administration support to the wider team.
The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have
- Educated to High School or Further Education level
- Administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills
