This role is being offered on a part time, fixed term basis until October 2027, working 22.5 hours a week: 12:30pm - 5pm, Monday to Friday. This role will be based in our Weston-super-Mare office.

- Maintain accurate electronic records and data to support facilities management.

Requirements

- Previous experience in reception or administration roles.
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office proficiency.
- Manual handling skills.
- Excellent communication—verbal and written.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
- A customer-focused mindset and a team-player attitude.
