We are currently seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to support the implementation and maintenance of an effective Quality System across our Abbott Diabetes Care. This role is key to ensuring compliance with Abbott’s internal standards and external regulatory requirements and will be based in Maidenhead.

We are currently seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to support the implementation and maintenance of an effective Quality System across our Abbott Diabetes Care. This role is key to ensuring compliance with Abbott’s internal standards and external regulatory requirements and will be based in Maidenhead.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in implementing and maintaining the ADC E Quality System / Multisite Integrated Management System (MIMS)
- Support internal and external audits
- Coordinate quality system processes including CAPA, Field Actions, Supplier Control, Document Control, and Management Reviews
- Monitor and track Affiliate QS activities and ensure compliance with local and international regulations
- Support training programs and maintain training records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Regulatory Affairs, Vigilance, and Customer Service
- Contribute to quality-related aspects of commercial projects and product launches
- Participate in quality system improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline
- Alternatively, a relevant combination of education and experience in quality, process coordination, or supply chain
- Experience in Quality within Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Pharma, or related industries
- Familiarity with quality system elements such as CAPA and Supplier Management
- Basic knowledge of international standards (e.g., ISO 13485, ISO 9001)
