Role Overview

The Quality Document Coordinator is based in the Exeter office within the Quality Document Team, the role focuses on delivering quality document management across all projects.

The Quality Document Team forms part of the Quality and Compliance Team with the Head of Quality and Compliance, Planning Compliance and Commissioning. Responsible for overseeing the application of processes to ensure consistent quality and increased efficiency.

What will you be doing?

  • Co-ordinate a portfolio of projects.
  • Attend internal meetings and capture team related actions for ongoing review.
  • Identify areas to support project teams in the completion of documentation.
  • Input project data for senior management review.
  • Monitor the quality of component documentation including: Datasheets, Factory Tests, Conformity Certificates, Manuals
  • Oversee component warranties in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Ensure Operation and Maintenance Manuals support safe operation and maintenance.
  • Support timely completion of documentation in preparation for PAC (Provisional Acceptance Certificate).
  • Collation of project documentation in preparation for client audit.
  • Resolve client queries during the audit process to achieve milestone payments.
  • Continued visibility and completion of punchlist items to achieve IAC and FAC deadlines.

  • Interest in renewable energy sector
  • Full UK driving licence with own transport.
