Responsibilities:
Report to the Quality Manager to ensure a consistent quality presence within the manufacturing facility. Deal with all tasks and duties in a professional manner to ensure an efficient response. Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative duties. Ensuring data used within the business is maintained to a high standard.

- Good level of numeracy with an keen approach to data accuracy.

- Self-motivated to question and query anomalies with the initiative to improve systems accuracy.
- Self-motivated with an ability to multitask.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office package essential with focus on advance Excel skills plus, Power Automate and Forms.
- ERP systems experience (SAP knowledge desirable).
- PowerBI reporting (PowerBi knowledge desirable).
- Experience of desktop publishing software desirable
- Work within the ethos and standards of the company.
- Having responsibility for the administration and upkeep of documentation records related to our Quality Control/ISO system requirements, that incorporates our, Internal Audit schedule and CAPA log, to ensure we maintain our conformance with our ISO standard.
- Participate in quality control activities on current and warehoused production.
- Participate in ISO Internal Auditing as required.
- Lend support to the Quality Manager in preparation for monthly internal reports and biannual ISO audits.
- Manage the ISO activity log related to site.
- Lend assistance and support to other managers within the group in context of gathering data and generating reports related to production activities.
- Be a strong team player within the production office group, offering assistance and support where possible that builds a supportive working environment.
- Offer assistance where possible in support of requests for help from other departments or Unilin sites.
- Be professional and confidential in all methods of correspondence and be open to adapt flexible working hours to meet deadlines.
- Actively partake in activities and learning opportunities that allow development of Power BI and SAP skills.
- Undertake any other tasks appropriate to the position, as requested by Management.
- Be the understudy to the Quality Manager and covering for their role when on holiday.
