Quality & Compliance Manager – Care Home Group (England & Wales)
We are seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to join a rapidly growing care home group operating across England and Wales. This role is crucial in ensuring excellence in care quality, compliance, and regulatory adherence, particularly under CIW in Wales.
About The Role
As Quality & Compliance Manager, you will lead on ensuring that care homes meet and exceed regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You will work collaboratively with Home Managers, providing guidance, support, and strategic oversight to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure Compliance & Quality – Maintain the highest standards of care in line with RISCA, CIW, and CQC regulations, conducting audits and implementing action plans where necessary.
Support & Develop Home Managers – Provide expert mentoring and coaching to enhance leadership skills and operational effectiveness.
Drive Continuous Improvement – Develop and implement strategies to ensure outstanding care delivery, embedding a culture of learning and excellence.
Regulatory Readiness – Ensure homes are fully prepared for CIW and CQC inspections, maintaining robust governance frameworks.
Champion Resident-Centred Care – Promote compassionate leadership that empowers staff to deliver the highest level of care and support.
What We’re Looking For
Proven Experience – At least 4 years in quality, compliance, or senior management within the adult social care sector.
Regulatory Knowledge – Strong working knowledge of CIW standards, and CQC regulations.
Leadership & Mentorship – A track record of coaching and supporting teams to achieve excellence.
Operational Expertise – Experience managing teams, budgets, audits, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent Communication – The ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
