We are now looking for a Quality & Compliance Lead to join our team. This role is based onsite in our Walls business in Lowestoft but will be supporting our Resins site in Dorset as well. There will be a need to travel down to that site approximately once a month to provide support. This exciting and varied role will help shape the future of our operations, ensuring that we deliver exceptional products and customer experiences while maintaining rigorous quality and environmental standards.

As the Quality & Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for managing all quality aspects of our processes and products. You'll work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure we exceed compliance standards and continuously improve. From customer support to driving process efficiencies, this role is crucial in upholding the culture of quality and best practices across the business.

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate will have experience in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, and at least 3 years in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

A Green Belt Six Sigma or equivalent qualification is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent document control, data analysis, and process optimization skills, as well as strong communication, leadership, and influencing abilities. You should be proactive, hands-on, and committed to continuous improvement, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across teams at all levels.
