Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Advisor to join our community hub team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

· Providing leadership, coaching and support in relation to interpreting and implementing the relevant regulatory frameworks in a person-led manner.

· Delivering a high-quality service when auditing/supporting operations teams and contributing to making a difference in the lives of the people we support through a culture of inclusion.

· Completing detailed, impartial and expert reviews of the quality delivered within each home through the completion of robust audits.

· Working in partnership with people we support and their families/support workers to assess and review the quality of the support we provide.

Requirements:

· Previous experience of working within operations management. Detailed understanding of utilising quality audits and self-assessments to evaluate quality and provide high-quality, person-centred support.

· Ability to work flexibly to support homes, which may require working outside of standard hours at times.

· A full UK driving licence, with a willingness and ability to drive throughout the organisation.

· Strong understanding of and focus on creating an environment of coproduction, involvement and inclusion.

· Extensive knowledge of regulations, legislation and reporting requirements within social care, alongside an awareness of current best practice and learning throughout the sector.

· Knowledge of approaches to audit, quality assurance and effective systems and tools required.

· Strong leadership and employee engagement capability, to support quality improvement and change management.

· Understanding of different techniques for the development and monitoring of quality improvement plans.

· Awareness of communication technologies (ICT) and how to utilise these to communicate effectively across a large, multi-site organisation.

· Previous experience completing quality audits and utilising an evidence-based assessment to drive quality improvement.
