Senior Consulting Analyst – Market Consultancy
Location: Leatherhead, Surrey (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote)
Sector Expertise: Packaging, Paper, Print & Emerging Markets (experience in these sectors not required)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience + excellent benefits
Ready to take your analytical career to the next level? Looking for the opportunity to make a tangible impact while building your strategic consultancy expertise?
Smithers Information is seeking a commercially minded and hands-on Senior Consulting Analyst to join our high-performing consultancy team.
At Smithers Information, we deliver expert insights, market forecasts, and strategic consultancy to clients navigating innovation, market growth, and disruption across the packaging, paper and print industries. We’re part of the globally respected Smithers Group, with offices in the UK, US and China, and a reputation for excellence, innovation, and deep technical expertise.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ambitious, intellectually curious and comfortable operating in the grey space of market ambiguity. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team that partners with industry-leading organisations to help shape their strategy, enter new markets, and launch innovative products.
We’re looking for someone who is not only analytically sharp but who’s happy to roll up their sleeves, get into the data, challenge assumptions, and build credible, compelling insights that drive real business decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing
We believe in growing talent, and we invest in it. This role offers genuine progression opportunities for someone willing to put in the work and grow with the business. You’ll be exposed to a wide variety of projects and sectors, work alongside experienced consultants, and build a portfolio of strategic client engagements that can shape your career.
In Return, We Offer
We’re a global leader in B2B intelligence, providing conferences, market reports and strategic consulting across industries shaped by innovation and regulation. With a stronghold in packaging, paper and print and, our work informs major business decisions and enables clients to stay ahead in dynamic markets.
We’re collaborative, curious, and commercially driven—and we’re looking for someone who shares that mindset.
If you’re ready to step into a senior analyst role where your work makes a difference and you’re excited to roll your sleeves up and grow with us—apply now.
