Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Apprentice. This structured apprenticeship program offers hands-on experience and formal training in a variety of key manufacturing disciplines, providing a strong foundation for a successful career in advanced manufacturing.

What You Will Learn

During the apprenticeship, you will rotate through several departments and gain practical knowledge and experience in the following areas:

• CNC Machining – Learn the setup, operation, and maintenance of computer numerical control machines for precision manufacturing.
• Assembly – Gain hands-on experience assembling complex mechanical components and systems.
• Testing – Understand testing procedures and protocols to ensure product performance and safety.
• Safety Practices – Learn to identify hazards and apply best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
• Quality Tools – Use industry-standard tools and techniques to monitor, maintain, and improve product quality.
• Lean Process Improvement – Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline production and eliminate waste.
• Warehousing & Inventory Management – Support the storage, handling, and flow of materials and finished goods.
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• A high school graduate or equivalent with an interest in manufacturing and mechanical systems
• A team player with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer literacy and mechanical aptitude are a plus
  
  

Program Duration

24 month funded course, provided, with potential extension of learning or full-time position.
