About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Ledger to join our team. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
What You’ll Do
- Accurately processing and entering purchase invoices
- Performing supplier statement reconciliations
- Managing invoice queries, including requesting copy invoices, credit notes, and delivery notes from suppliers
- Uploading and importing invoices into the accounting system
- Monitoring and managing the accounts email inbox
- Carrying out general administrative support tasks
- Entering and maintaining data in Excel spreadsheet
- Uploading and emailing invoices into the accounting system using Continia
- Providing general administrative support to the team as required
- Assisting with the management of the account’s inbox
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar finance or accounts role
- Experience working with subcontractors and knowledge of the CIS Scheme is advantageous
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with accounting software
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with an end-to-end 3-way match Accounts Payable process (PO-GRN-Invoice matching)
