Clearview Recruitment is proud to be working with our client who are an independent multi-branch lettings agency operating across the South West. With six branches and a managed portfolio exceeding 1,000 properties, this is a fantastic opportunity to join their professional Property Management Team at their Weston Super Mare branch.

Role Overview

This Property Manager role focuses on managing a portfolio of 225 properties while delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants. The position involves a combination of property management tasks and legal compliance responsibilities. Working hours are 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, with only 1 in 6 Saturdays required (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM). Comprehensive training is provided, with the opportunity to gain a Level 3 NVQ-equivalent property qualification.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of 225 properties
• Communicate with landlords, tenants, and contractors regarding property maintenance and ensure timely resolutions
• Arrange and conduct property inspections, providing landlords with detailed feedback
• Ensure all properties meet legal compliance standards
• Organize renewals for rent recovery policies and tenancy agreements
• Oversee the end-of-tenancy process, including liaising with landlords and tenants
• Handle tenant referencing and Right to Rent checks as per guidance
• Arrange inventories and check-outs
• Address landlord and tenant inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• IT literate and articulate communicator
• Lettings experience preferred but not essential
