Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Live In Carer at Home Instead located in Weston/Clevedon/Burnham. The Live In Carer will be responsible for providing personal care, companionship, and support to clients in their homes. Daily tasks may include assisting with personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and engaging clients in activities.

Qualifications
- Experience in personal care, companionship, and support services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide dignified and respectful care
- Patience, empathy, and compassion in working with clients
- Attention to detail and ability to follow care plans accurately
- Previous training in First Aid and Manual Handling is a plus
- Certification in Health and Social Care or related field
