Property and Asset Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our dynamic property team here at the Trust, playing a key role in managing and enhancing our portfolio of commercial property.

Hours

• 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Salary

• £34,390 per annum

Key Objective

• To ensure the Trust's Commercial Property is professionally managed and provides a sound commercial investment for the Trust.

Requirements

• Previous experience in property and asset management (lease regears, increasing income etc.) is required.
• Broader experience in commercial real estate would be desirable.
• Previous experience of using Yardi would be desirable.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
• A high degree of customer service commitment and experience is required for this busy and demanding role, together with the ability to work as part of a small team to ensure that The Trusts expectation of maintenance of the commercial portfolio is met.
• Have a flexible “can do” attitude to meet the ever-changing needs of the business.
