Job Description

Are you passionate about project managing complex projects that drive business change on a global scale? We're seeking a highly skilled individual to join our fantastic team which supports the growth and impact of our industry-leading Global Marketing Effectiveness programme, spanning 16 markets and working across many areas of our business.

We’re seeking a proactive and collaborative project manager with strong organisational and problem-solving skills and demonstrable experience managing large-scale projects.

We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring minimum 3 days per week in the office location in London and 2 days' work opportunity from home.

No relocation assistance is offered for this position.


Core Responsibilities



  • Project manage our Marketing Effectiveness Programme, working with internal and external teams to create timelines, allocate resources, manage budgets and track processes for a successful delivery against key business milestones. Manage other marketing performance projects as required.
  • Process improvements analyse and optimise existing workflows to enhance efficiency, minimise errors and improve overall project outcomes.
  • Bridge Building Act as a key liaison, strengthening collaboration and communication between teams and representing the Marketing Effectiveness programme.
  • Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, to align on processes, ways of working and deliverables
  • Adaptability and Problem Solving Navigate ambiguity, prioritise effectively across markets and stakeholders to ensure the programme is delivering tangible value to the business.

Global Marketing Performance plays a pivotal role in spearheading the marketing measurement and effectiveness agenda at The LEGO Group. The team is responsible for developing and implementing scalable ways to measure and analyse marketing activations and experiments that generate actionable, data-driven insights to inform the full value chain.

Do you have what it takes?



  • Proven track record in structuring, implementing and running large-scale complex projects with diverse partners, including external vendors. Experience in leading measurement / marketing effectiveness projects a plus
  • Proficient in project management practices, including creating timelines, resource allocation, facilitating meetings, keeping partners informed and tracking project status
  • Global experience and excellent interpersonal skills, highly collaborative, with the ability to coordinate across functions and communicate clearly
  • Great time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize. Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, adaptable and curious, with demonstrable can do attitude and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of different agile ways of working, planning tools (Monday.com) and digital tools (Miro) would be an advantage
