YOUR ROLE

Are you a proactive and driven Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-impact business improvements and successful implementations? As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a wide range of business-critical projects across our UK operations. Reporting to the Head of PMO, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, managing new business implementations and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

This position involves national travel; therefore, willingness and ability to travel within the UK is essential

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Lead and coordinate business projects designed to enhance operational performance and efficiency.
  • Manage the successful implementation of new business wins and customer contract renewals.
  • Deliver business improvement solutions across existing operations and other business units, as required.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines using CEVA’s PM methodology.
  • Provide hands-on project delivery, including post-implementation support to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on project progress and updates.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to deliver projects from initiation to closure, managing risks, budgets and timelines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel across the UK as needed.
  • PRINCE2, PMP or similar qualification (desirable but not essential).
