In your new role as the Transformation of Industry SAP S4 Business Cluster Rollout Manager, you will be responsible for the successful completion and delivery of all rollout projects within the SAP S4 rollout cluster for Norway and Great Britain. You will collaborate closely with the IT Cluster Manager to implement template processes and localisation requirements. Your responsibilities will include leading and coordinating local rollout teams, managing timelines, resources, finances, risks, and stakeholder relationships. This position requires strong leadership, project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the IT Cluster Manager in developing a detailed rollout plan at both cluster and local levels, ensuring alignment with the overall S4E rollout project plan.
- Guarantee resource availability and timely initiation of rollout preparation activities within Local Business Areas (AREs).
- Plan and monitor the project budget at the cluster level, providing financial reports in collaboration with the IT Cluster Manager to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of localisation requirements, working closely with the IT Cluster Manager to meet local needs effectively.
- Monitor project progress against achievements and deliverables, offering regular update reports to collaborators.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address critical issues when necessary.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in SAP rollout projects, showcasing your ability to lead complex initiatives.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with a talent for managing intricate projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage collaborators effectively and foster collaboration.
- Familiarity with SAP systems, particularly S/4HANA, and experience with project management methodologies.
- A drive to successfully implement projects, ensuring they align strictly with strategic goals and deliver outstanding results.
