To provide project support to the Head of Business Systems & SAP implementation team from planning to implementation.

This role requires focus in 4 main areas:
- Project Management for the company Ignite project (SAP & Business process harmonisation implementation)
- Leadership of SAP Data Cleansing Team
- Securing the delivery of any company strategic / Hoshin projects assigned
- Lead major projects / initiatives using the appropriate methodology
- Strong core leadership behaviours: Empathy and care, positive thinking, honesty and integrity, desire to learn, aligned values and customer first approach.
- Leadership potential to lead, develop and motivate their team.
- Good interpersonal skills including communication and relationship building.
- Good self-management skills including organisation and planning and self-motivation
- Competent in Microsoft Office packages
- Project Management qualification
- Experience in Agile methodology
