What You'll Do...
As Projects Co-ordinator you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development of large-scale manufacturing infrastructure for battery cells manufacturing, as well as other future projects ranging from R&D to offices.
Reporting into the Project Management team, you will be a part of the Capital Projects team who are accountable for implementing the building and infrastructure programmes required to support Agratas’ ambitious plans.
Below are a number of key activities within this roles:
Agratas is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons. We will design, develop and manufacture high-quality, high-performance, sustainable batteries for the mobility and energy sectors. We are a scale-up business with a start-up mentality and the backing of a well-established parent company. The UK business headquarters is in the Midlands and we are currently building a battery manufacturing facility in Bridgwater, Somerset.

Below are a number of key activities within this roles:
- Day-to-day coordination of small and large scale capital projects, including monitoring project schedules, meeting minute and milestones.
- Support the management team to keep track of project expenses, report on financials, and ensure adherence to project budgets.
- Work with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure materials and services are delivered on time and meet project specifications.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and contracts.
- Manage and maintain the project document storage system, ensuring accurate organisation, version control, security, and accessibility of all project documentation

What You'll Bring...
- Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Construction or related fields.
- Experience supporting capital or construction projects, preferably in a similar industry.
- Ability to manage project timeline and costs effectively.
- Ability to work well with various stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- A can-do attitude with a hands-on approach, particularly within a demanding fast-pace environment.
