Join our Science and Engineering Graduate Programme and you’ll gain the skills, experience and confidence to build a career that’s uniquely yours – all while helping Britain achieve net zero.
“The programme has been a steep learning curve and provided many great challenges and learning opportunities along the way. Whenever I had questions or needed help with my understanding, I have felt comfortable asking any of my more experienced colleagues, who have always been more than happy to spend time helping and coaching me.” – Henry, Mechanical Engineer
The Opportunity
Alongside earning a salary of £37,500 per annum, you’ll work towards professional registration with institutions such as the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE), Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), and others – fully supported by us.
