My Life My Choice (MLMC) is a multi-award-winning charity based in Oxfordshire, dedicated to improving the lives of people with learning disabilities, including autism. Founded in 1998, MLMC supports 900 members in leading more active and fulfilling lives through social events, training, employment opportunities, and self-advocacy initiatives. As a 100% user-led organisation, all our trustees are elected annually and have lived experience of learning disabilities. The charity operates various unique projects, such as Gig Buddies, self-advocacy groups, a travel buddy initiative, and the Champions team, empowering individuals to take leadership roles, campaign, and learn new skills.
Role Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, flexible and experienced project coordinator looking for an exciting and varied role at an established, flourishing and financially stable Oxford-based charity.
We are looking for a committed individual to join our Professional Services team. The role holder will help to coordinate project(s), to increase skills, improve health, and build confidence and independence for our members with a learning disability. The role will involve project coordination of our exciting Health and Happiness project, working as part of our campaigns team, and contributing towards the delivery of our Professional Services.
The post calls for an individual with excellent project coordination, administration, and communication skills. We need a resilient and adaptable individual who thrives on regular face-to-face interaction with beneficiaries. We welcome applications from candidates with a background in coordinating projects in the charity sector or those who possess transferable skills.
The successful candidate will need to show a passion for empowering and raising the voices of people with learning disabilities. This is core to who we are and what we are about.

Salary
£31,537 – £33,699 per annum (full-time) plus 8% pension contribution.
