Can you help us deliver the next level in customer service?


We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to create, develop and maintain a suite of Service products to be offered to our customers, focusing on the importance of delivering excellent customer service in new and varied ways.


If you have experience of developing and deploying a portfolio of products, then we would love to hear from you.


The opportunity

In this role you will manage the NanoScience Service products portfolio. This will include creating and developing the Service product roadmap, developing, and defining service solutions and the pricing of these products, as well as delivering marketing campaigns, including creating marketing material. You will also be required to oversee the Service website, ensuring that it is up to date, and work with our customers to understand their requirements and reflect this in new Service products.


About You

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience as a Product Manager in developing and deploying a portfolio of products, ideally on a global scale. A technical or scientific background will be an advantage in helping you understand our technology and our customers. It is essential that you have significant marketing experience, particularly email marketing, with familiarity of other marketing channels such as social media, content marketing and webinars. Your ability to work at pace and with energy will be key in this role, as will your experience with influencing stakeholders and innovative and passionate approach to work.
