We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Controls Manager to join our team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. You will lead and mentor a team of project controls professionals and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

What Do We Need

We’d like experience in project controls, ideally from the nuclear industry, with a track record of successful project delivery. You will have a strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and tools, including scheduling, cost control, risk management, and reporting.

  • Experience in managing a team of project controls professionals
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skill
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in project management software and tools, including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
  • Experience of major projects containing integrated schedules
  • Experience in managing schedules on NEC Projects

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree - Engineering

Location

The role is Hybrid where 3 days per week will be spent in the office in Glasgow City Centre.

Security Requirements

You must have, or be eligible for, SC clearance.
