We’re currently recruiting for a PMO Director to join our Programme Management team. In this role, you will lead the Project Management Office (PMO) function, ensuring governance, developing best practices, and driving strategic project delivery across global operations, playing a key part in advancing our mission and making a real difference.

Your responsibilities in this role would be:

  • Lead governance and oversight of all projects managed by or impacting the Global PM team
  • Define and develop project management methodology, standards, and documentation across all OXB sites
  • Provide strategic project updates and performance data to senior management
  • Coach, mentor, and support project managers and team members
  • Represent Project Management internally and externally, including with clients and partners
  • Drive continuous improvement of PM processes, tools, and ways of working
  • Coordinate PM support for proposal generation and client discussions

We are Looking For:

  • A scientific degree or PhD, with a project management qualification strongly preferred
  • Deep knowledge of project management tools and techniques, especially MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or CDMO industry, with understanding of biopharmaceutical development and manufacturing
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative working style
