- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and manage system changes.
- Provide technical support and engage with both internal and external customers to resolve issues.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
- Implement environmental considerations in product deployment to emphasise sustainability.
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the IT Platform Manager, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
- Relevant degree in Computer Systems or relevant IT experience
- Proven industry experience in business processes, systems, and data.
- A working knowledge and practical experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow.
