Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Pre Sales Manager(EMEA) to join our Zalaris Consulting team. This role focuses on delivering expert-level product sales and demonstration services to potential clients and the existing customer base of SAP SuccessFactors technology. You will be responsible for delivering demonstrations, performing prospect discovery, managing demo environments, creating demonstration data, and assisting the Zalaris Consulting Sales team.

This is a home-based role (UK) with travel as required, offering the opportunity to work closely with a strong virtual team across the region in a collaborative and supportive environment.


Your Responsibilities

  • Keep up to date with key SAP SuccessFactors product and sales messages and cascade them into the Zalaris organization.
  • Work with the Delivery team to create localized versions of the demo environment.
  • Identify and mentor select delivery consultants in key countries in the art of demonstrations and standard scripts to drive consistent demonstration execution.
  • Own and develop Zalaris demo scripts, showcasing the key SAP SuccessFactors functionality and Zalaris IP.
  • Deliver content for marketing publications focusing on product functionality and solving business problems.
  • Liaise with SAP Pre Sales and SolEx partner teams to stay current with product roadmaps and interoperability features.
  • Work closely with Zalaris Consulting Sales on product opportunities, establishing win strategies and performing discovery sessions with prospects to identify key features to demonstrate.
  • Deliver high-quality documentation and product updates to proposals and proposal templates.
  • Attend events where Zalaris exhibits and act as a product expert.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customer teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Ensure all activities are compliant with legal regulations and internal standards.


Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors solution, including features and functions across all modules to effectively demonstrate to clients and prospects.
  • Ability to act independently in complex situations, guide others, and improve work processes to ensure a seamless service.
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into compelling storytelling demonstrations.
  • Strong relationship with SAP Pre Sales, Sales, and Partner teams is desired.
  • Calm demeanour with the ability to pivot in dynamic, sometimes complex presales situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts to a varied audience.
  • Commercially astute and able to convey confident, compelling advice to customers and prospects.
  • Competent in the use of MS Office.
